Vehicle transport starts with two clear locations and a realistic collection window. Give the pickup postcode or full address, the full delivery details and your preferred date. If another person will release or receive the vehicle, make sure they know the arrangements and can provide access.

Moving a newly purchased or non-roadworthy vehicle

A car may need transport because it has no current MOT, has been stored, will not start or is awaiting repair. Tell us its actual condition and any missing keys, flat tyres or locked wheels. A listing that says it runs is not the same as a check that it can safely drive for loading.

For automatic, electric and hybrid vehicles, include the exact model and any available manufacturer recovery instructions. The operator checks an appropriate loading and transport method rather than assuming every vehicle can be towed with wheels on the road.

Make the handover straightforward

Confirm who holds the keys, how the vehicle can be released and whether the destination has a safe place to unload. A garage closing before arrival, an unattended gated yard or a height-restricted car park can change the delivery plan. Share these details early.
