Distance is one part of the price
Pickup and drop-off details let us assess the journey, but route length alone does not describe the job. A car ready on an open driveway and a non-runner inside a restricted car park may need very different arrangements even when the destination is the same.
Give a postcode or full address for the destination and a precise pickup point. If the collection is time-sensitive, tell us why and give any opening or release hours.
Vehicle size and loading condition
A large van, a low car or a vehicle with a damaged wheel may need different equipment and more loading time. Tell us the make, model and transmission, whether it runs and drives, and any wheel, steering or handbrake issue.
For a non-runner, say whether it rolls and goes into neutral. For a van, include its size, weight if known and remaining load. An accurate description lets the operator assess the right recovery vehicle.
Manchester access can change the plan
A height barrier, gated compound, narrow street or car park level can determine whether a standard flatbed can reach the car. City-centre restrictions and current traffic also affect the approach. Add the entrance, any permission needed and the space available around the vehicle.
These details help us quote the agreed work from the start. If circumstances change, tell the team before dispatch so the price and collection plan can be reviewed.
What to check before accepting a quote
Confirm the pickup, delivery point, vehicle condition and work included in the price. Ask about the available collection window, estimated arrival, passenger arrangements and any deposit before a booking is agreed.
Our quote request is free to submit. We do not publish one universal towing price because it would not describe every car, location and loading requirement fairly.
Good to know before collection.
Can I get a quote without paying?
Yes. Submitting the guided quote form is free and does not take payment. We confirm the price and booking arrangements separately.
Will a non-runner cost more?
It can require different equipment or loading time. Describe the actual condition so we can assess the job and give an appropriate quote.
